The second interview were owners of 5 properties on the same street in the Holmes Street area of Frankfort; these are now currently referred to as the ‘Owenton Ave Properties’. These owners were an older couple who no longer wished to keep the properties and wanted a sale of all 5 properties at once (all 5 of these were in ROUGH shape). We were able to sign and close in less than a month helping these owners take care of something that had been burdening them for a long time. They have since become good friends of the company and checkup regularly to see how the projects are coming!
