It was a pleasure to represent these Sellers for the 2nd time. The highest compliment for any Realtor is to have past clients seek you out to help them sell their current property and buy a new home. They look forward to their move to Madison County but are sad to leave their friends in Fayette County. Here's to new memories!

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. These wonderful first time home buyers were moving from a beautiful farm that had been in their family since Kentucky was a part of Virginia. The lovely home they have purchased adds another chapter to their story. Working with Pepper Johnstone, BGSIR, made the transaction a seamless, delightful way to move into their home.

After searching for a couple of years this family's patience was rewarded and they were able to move quickly and purchase this beautiful contemporary home. It was a delight and honor to work with them for them a third time.

What a delight and privilege it was to market and sell this home. The renovations and upgrades were remarked on by every Realtor and Buyer that walked in the home; there was even a request for the Seller to come and design her home! I will miss talking to this amazing family each day but I know they are ready to fully enjoy their new home!

What a privilege to market and sell this stunning home. The Sellers created a gorgeous home that was sought after by several buyers, with one lucky family starting a new chapter in their lives there. It is hard to overstate how humbling it is for clients to trust you with their biggest investment for the third time. How blessed I am to be their Realtor and friend.
