If only. 😂

In the real world, finding the one might take three showings…or 13…or 30. It can take days, weeks or longer to find a home that checks enough of the boxes to make an offer.

And getting an offer accepted? That’s another chapter.

Inspections, appraisals, financing, repairs, negotiations—there can be a whole lot of real life between “We love it!” and “Here are your keys!” 🔑

Would I love for every buyer to find their perfect home after touring exactly three properties?

Absolutely.

But until HGTV starts writing the script for real life, I’ll keep showing up, opening doors and helping my clients navigate whatever comes next. 😉🏡
