We would like to inform you that an optic fiber crew accidentally struck a water line near the front area of the community. We are currently in communication with the City of Lexington, and our plumbing team has been notified and is on the way to assess and repair the issue. This could interrupt water usage.
To help prevent delays in the future, we kindly request that residents schedule personal cable or utility installations during standard weekday business hours. This allows our team and city services to respond more quickly if an issue arises.
