The shopping center, located at 136-150 Shoppers Village Plaza in Wi******er, KY is a 91,590 sf retail center right off of I-64. The property was sold to for $3.75M.

Equity Management Group is a growing company that is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to grow with our team. The new hire will be recording financial transactions, preparing financials such as balance sheets and income statements, identifying general ledger discrepancies, and other accounting tasks. In our commercial property management company, the Staff Accountant’s role is to support our property and asset managers and client owners by compiling and providing timely reporting. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401k and paid time off. A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a must, and experience with MRI or Yardi is a plus. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
