Are you a recent graduate of a trade or technical school and ready to begin your career in construction? We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team in Lexington, KY! No extensive experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Position Overview:
As a Construction Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople on active job sites. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of construction.

What We Offer:

Ideal Candidate:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus If You Have:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, previous part-time or summer job site experience

We recently shared photos of a multi-purpose area and half bath from a condo remodel. Today, we’re proud to share the stunning kitchen and family room before and after transformation from that same condo! This remodel brought both style and function to the heart of our client’s home!

Kitchen Highlights:
- Fresh paint and the addition of trim and crown to upper cabinets
- Floating shelves above the sink
- New faucet and the addition of a pot filler above the stove
- Custom hood above the stove
- New counter tops
- Straighten and rearrange island
- New brick back splash
- Created an appliance closet tucked away under the stairs

Family Room Highlights:
- New flooring
- Revamped fireplace and hearth
- Custom built-ins for smart storage and a timeless look

You know we love before and afters and this condo remodel has definitely been one of our favorites!

One of our client's wishes was to revamp this first level multi-purpose area and half bath. With the addition of new tile, a full sized fridge for extra food storage, and a beverage center, this area better fits our clients needs and aesthetic! Also, can we take a moment to admire that half bath transformation?!😍

Another project done! We had the privilege of working on an extensive remodel for some amazing clients and friends. We’ve shared a few sneak peeks of this project but now we’re ready to share it all!

Project scope:
Re-imagined entry featuring painted black ship lap, fresh lighting, and a more accessible powder room.

Stunning kitchen overhaul (functional and stylish!) The kitchen features a new custom island (featuring a doggy station), new counter top and sink, new cook top, and freshly painted cabinets, and new fixtures throughout. The added wet bar features new cabinets, a beverage fridge, and beautiful antique mirrored glass.
Transformation of the existing screened porch to a dining room, complete with a herringbone brick pattern flooring and large windows.

Full primary suite reconfiguration (where dreams are made!) The primary suite reconfiguration is all about luxury and functionality. Beautiful new cabinets, new counter tops, new flooring, and a gorgeous Japanese soaking tub.

We could not be more excited to see how everything turned out. We worked with several amazing vendors and of course, our favorite designer, Stuart Hurt! A huge thank you to our incredible team for making this vision come to life, and to our clients for trusting us with their home.

We are coming up on 10 years in business. I think I can speak for my brother as well when I say, we never thought we would be here. We wake up each day still a lil surprised we have jobs to go to, lol. We have been blessed and built a family along with our business. I had all the guys come to our new office to celebrate. It was important to us to have a space we could hang out together and eat meals. I have eaten many many meals with these guys and consider all of them family! Even the ones not by blood! Me, Donald, and Joe aka “Tricky” aka our nephew started all this with a big Ford E250 van and a dream.
We eventully out grew all our garages and the van. Then we moved into a storage unit and home office, then 2 storgae units. Then to an actual office. And now we have settled into a much much larger space. We all refer to as the mullet. Cause it’s business up front, and a party in the back!!!! We never wanted more than to be able to support our families. But have been blessed with much more! Here’s to 10 more years guys!!! Thank you for all you do! And I can’t wait to see what the future holds! Come see us at our new location 1144 Industry Dr. Lexington KY. Right next door to our favorite Designer Stuart Hurt at House and JSD Design!

We have to worlds greatest clients!!! One of our very special repeat clients who’s been with us since the beginning. We have done many many projects with her and me and my team have all grown to think of her as family! She knows us all very well, kids, spouses, and pets names at this point. We love her and she loves us! Big thanks and love you to Denise Patrick!!! She gifted me and my guys with this amazing pot roast lunch today at her home. We celebrated the close of yet another great job together! Treated us like Kings!
