Here is your market report for the ๐ŸŒŸForest Acres area! First, is an update on just the last 60 days (single family homes active/pending/closed). Next, is an update on average sales price from Jan 2020 to March of this year compared to our entire MLS market! As you can see, Forest Acres has a market of its own! It is much smaller on the grander scale than our entire market so you're going to see greater changes in the graph! We can see that it has started to balance out but there is still a demand for homes! 48 closed in the past 60 days just in Forest Acres! Overall, prices have been trending up since 2020.

It has been a very busy month for me so this is a week late but I still wanted to give the congratulations that my first time home buyers deserve!
We looked at several homes together and ultimately found the perfect first home in the neighborhood they wanted!! We did hit a bump in the road but overall, it was a really smooth transaction and I'm so excited for them to start their next chapter!
