Buyers Tip of the day, do a Drive-By!! One of the best things you can do when looking at a new area to buy a home is to do a drive by and see what everything is like! You may be surprised (in good and bad ways) about what you find! Doing a drive-by can eliminate certain properties from your list, or a drive-by can get you that much more on board.
