I know some folks simply cannot afford to purchase a home right now. Interest rates are just too high. I get it.

I’m not a realtor that sells you a pipe dream. I try to keep it real.

But, if you can afford it, and you’re looking for a home, now may be your best opportunity.

Interest rates are predicted to start dropping in 2024.

In 2023, interest rates rose, and housing prices leveled off.

When interest rates drop, it will create more buyers.

More buyers will create more competition.

More competition will only increase housing prices.

I really hate the cliche: “Marry the house, date the rate.” It sounds to “used car salesman” to me.

But there is a lot of truth in it, to be honest.
