No change from last year, we still have a decent balance of new homes hitting the market and buyers scooping them up.

Unchanged from last year and actually down from May 2026 where homes sat for an average of 46 days. This is great news for home buyers, you have time to think. And sellers, the market is moving faster than last month…so it’s great for you as well! 🏡
