Meet the Team!

We are thrilled to officially introduce the newest member of The Charles family, Virna Lissi Perez Jimenez, our Customer Experience Associate!

Virna has been a valued member of the Birge & Held team for more than five years, serving in a variety of roles, most recently as part of our corporate team. We couldn't be more excited to welcome her back to an onsite position, where her warm personality, exceptional customer service, and outstanding sales expertise will help create an incredible experience for every resident and prospect who walks through our doors.

When she's not at The Charles, Virna enjoys spending time with her partner and their dogs, traveling to new places, and cooking delicious meals.

At The Charles, we know that pets aren't just animals—they're family. One of the things we love most about our community is getting to meet all of our wonderful four-legged residents, and we thought it was time to celebrate them!

To kick things off, we'd like to introduce our unofficial Chief Happiness Officer," Oscar! who is our Operations Manager, Patrick's furry companion!🐶 Oscar loves soaking up the sunshine, making new friends, and reminding us why we love being a pet-friendly community.

☕ Patrick's Picks | Episode 1: Leestown Coffee House
One of the best parts about living at The Charles is having incredible local businesses just minutes away.
Today I'm sharing one of my personal favorites—Leestown Coffee House!
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by some of the friendliest people you'll meet. They offer an amazing selection of handcrafted coffee drinks, delicious bakery items from local bakeries (including vegan options!), and unique seasonal flavors that always keep me coming back.
My go-to order? 🤎 A Dark Chocolate Cold Brew topped with Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam 🥧 A warm Tomato Basil Quiche
It is hands-down one of my favorite ways to start the day.
Whether you're grabbing coffee before work, meeting up with friends, or looking for your new weekend tradition, I can't recommend Leestown Coffee House enough.
