This week marks a milestone I'll never forget.
This week, we welcomed our very first residents to The Charles at Coventry, and it's hard to put into words what this moment means.
Behind this milestone are countless hours of outreach, follow-up calls, tours, inspections, meetings, problem-solving, and more late nights than I can count. Every detail mattered because we wanted our very first residents to walk into a home that reflected the care and pride we've poured into this community from day one.
I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to help introduce this beautiful community to Lexington. Watching our first residents receive their keys made every long day, every inspection, every challenge, and every late night worth it.
This milestone wouldn't have been possible without an incredible team. Thank you to our ownership group, construction partners, designers, vendors, corporate support, and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to turn a vision into a place our residents are proud to call home. This accomplishment belongs to all of you.
As exciting as this week has been, it's only the beginning. I can't wait to continue welcoming new residents and sharing everything The Charles at Coventry has to offer with the Lexington community.
