With my final Pinehurst listing officially hitting the market (see separate post!), I can’t help but take a moment to reflect on what this development has meant to me, both personally & professionally.
While I wasn’t part of Harrods Glen from the very beginning, I’ve been incredibly blessed to have sold 28 homes in this development. And when I think back on those 28 homes, I don’t just see contracts and closings- I see the countless hours, the relationships built, the decisions made & the families who now call these houses home. From meeting buyers and their agents on empty lots, to exterior and interior selections, construction updates, blue tape walks, final walkthroughs, & finally handing over the keys; I’ve had the privilege of being involved in so many steps along the way. I wouldn’t trade that experience for anything.
New construction is where I’ve truly found my passion in real estate. There’s something so rewarding about being part of the process from the ground up. Working alongside builders, crews, buyers, and fellow agents to bring someone’s vision to life is something I genuinely love. The experience matters to me. And most importantly, the people matter to me. Behind every closing are hours of communication, coordination, problem-solving & a whole lot of dedication. I’ve poured my heart into this development, just as I strive to do with every client and every transaction I’m entrusted with. My goal has never been to simply sell a house. It’s to see the process through, stand behind the people I represent & do everything within my ability to make each closing a successful one.
To the builder, who took a chance on me and trusted me with such a significant part of this development, thank you. The opportunity, experience, and knowledge I’ve gained along the way are things I’ll carry with me throughout my career. I look forward to our next project!
To the buyers & all the wonderful buyer’s agents I’ve had the pleasure of working with, thank you. Some of my favorite professional relationships and friendships have come from this little neighborhood & that alone is something I’ll always treasure.
And above all, thank You, God. For opening doors I never could have opened on my own. For blessing me with opportunities to grow, for giving me the determination to keep showing up and working hard & for allowing me to discover a part of this career that brings me so much happiness and purpose.
I’m proud of the work I’ve done here. I’m grateful for every lesson, every relationship & every opportunity!
