Yesterday I took a leap of faith and went back to my home office. Making the choice to leave Haven wasn’t easy in the least bit. in the past 12.5 months I’ve sold my 5 year goal out, plus some. Tara Smith and Bo Smith welcomed me back with open arms and I’m so glad to be where I am in my business thanks to each and every one of my clients. It’s scary to change your path when you’re comfortable, but staying comfortable won’t get you to your long term goals. Comfortable means settling, and that’s something I won’t do. Fight your battles and keep pushing forward. Heres to another 10 million in 2025 🫶🏻

This listing meant the world to me. Jessica Profitt and I were up at 7am on Christmas morning discussing listing this, I was mentally struggling being the first Christmas without my dad. And I asked for any sign that he could give me letting me know he was with us. And this was it. He put a listing under the tree for me. It has been a great pleasure watching Jess and Jimmy celebrate this milestone. As an investor myself, I understood the dedication and work they put into this home, to sell it to a first time buyer who was recently married with a beautiful little girl to grow up in. I may be in my feels tonight but this one was special. Congratulations guys. Here’s to the next one 🥂
