Are you tired of working nights and weekends? Looking to grow your career in Land Surveying as an integral member of a small team that is passionate about what we do?

We have an opening for a punctual, hardworking team player with previous survey work experience; ability to collect field data in an organized, neat, and professional manner; good leadership abilities; and a valid driver’s license. Job duties include, but are not limited to, construction stakeout, collection of data for boundaries, location, topographical and ALTA, mortgage, and design surveys. Prior land surveying experience is required.

Position is full-time with the following benefits: no night or weekend work, no overnight travel, competitive pay, health insurance, SIMPLE IRA, paid vacation and holidays, room to move up the ladder as skills and knowledge are obtained.

The Forest office is seeking a Civil Engineer team leader to produce site plans, subdivision plans, and road/water/sewer plans.

Ideal candidate is licensed with several years of plan development experience. In-depth knowledge of Autocad Civil 3D, E&S, stormwater management, water system, sewer system, VDOT regulations, and area zoning regulations is required.

Previous experience preferred but not required. With great sadness, we note the passing of Wes Perkins, our friend and co-worker, and a founder of Perkins & Orrison. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 26th from 2-4pm at the Natural Bridge Fire Department.
