Happy Monday! 💕 I’ve got my little crew with me today—they’re officially in Realtor training! 🏡😂 Future CEOs… or at least future snack supervisors! 🍎🍪

Today is extra special because we’re celebrating my sweet Rosie turning 4 years old! 🎉🎂 Happy Birthday, my beautiful girl! You fill our hearts with so much love, laughter, and happiness every single day.

These grandbabies are truly the light of my life. ❤️ Since Grandma has to work today, they’re coming along for the ride, making every showing, phone call, and appointment a little more fun. I wouldn’t have it any other way! 💕🎈

Happy 4th Birthday, Rosie! 🎂💗 I hope she has an amazing day!

Today I wasn’t just sitting in a classroom… I was investing in my clients. 🏡📚

This is extremely important because it deals with transparency, fraud prevention, and protecting buyers and sellers during a transaction. I also truly appreciate the lunch!

Happy Sunday ☀️🏡

Running between appointments and finally catching a quick breather 😅

I’ve already done 4 buyer consultations today and 3 yesterday— everybody trying to get qualified for the Welcome Home Funds down payment assistance 💰👏

Yes, I will be watching the Super Bowl today…
but honestly I’m mostly watching for Bad Bunny 😂🔥

And don’t worry… next year my Chicago Bears will be there 🐻⬇️ (I’m claiming it now!)

Real Estate never sleeps and apparently neither do I…
Sundays = contracts, showings, coffee and phone calls ☕📲
