August marked the second straight month of inventory growth and the highest August inventory level since 2019. "Buyers are entering the season with more opportunities than they've had in recent years," said Bluegrass REALTORS® President Mike Inman.

These sweet babies have to be missed by someone?!?!??

After these two adorable pups were caught dumpster diving at The Manchester Hotel, they quickly became the center of attention!

Their little adventure eventually ended with a ride to Animal Control. But don’t worry—these two are now safe and happy while we work to locate their owners.
