So very grateful to my Seller for entrusting me to help her sell 508 Westerfield Way in Lexington! My seller and I set up a game plan up months ago, that would work best for her schedule. I helped out my seller with hiring a local estate sale company to come in sell all personal property before listing. We offered the home coming soon for 2 weeks prior to going live. We had over 45 showings on the home and ended up with 11 offers! The best part is that everything worked its way out to our game plan and schedule!
