Meet Chris, our amazing Maintenance Technician at Belmont Run! We took a moment to ask him a few fun questions so you could get to know him better:

1. What’s one maintenance tip or piece of advice you’d give to residents to help keep their apartments in great shape?
“Don’t pour grease down the drain! Instead, pour it into a mixing bowl lined with tin foil, let it harden, and throw it in the trash. Your drains will thank you!”

2. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
“Strength! I’d use it for the kiddos and to help out when things get tough.”

3. Do you have any pets? If so, tell us about them!
“Yes! I have a dog, a Rottweiler named Bear, an 8-year-old Bearded Dragon called Beardy, and 14 chickens (yes, they all have names)! Ricco is the rooster!”

4. What’s one thing you can’t live without?
“Family. They’re my everything.” ❤️
