Rock legend Bob Seger owns this massive lakefront estate in Orchard Lake, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit where he has deep roots. Spanning 18,368 square feet on four acres, the property includes 8 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, nearly 500 feet of frontage on Upper Straits Lake, a game room, golf simulator, multiple garages, and a restored carriage house that now serves as a private music studio.

Seger and his wife, Juanita Dorricott, lived in an earlier home on the site for nearly two decades before purchasing an adjacent lot for $1.2 million, demolishing both residences, and constructing the current mansion in 2009. Today, the estate is estimated to be worth around $10 million. In 2021, the home made headlines after a chimney fire caused damage to part of the property, including the golf simulator, though no one was injured.

Born in Detroit and raised in Ann Arbor, Seger built one of the most successful careers in rock music history. Best known for classics like Night Moves and Old Time Rock and Roll, he has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. With an estimated net worth of $60 million, the Silver Bullet Band founder remains one of Michigan's most iconic musical figures.
