Meet Zach Worsham, Vice President of Winterwood, Inc. 👋

As part of our family-owned real estate development and property management firm, Zach oversees our real estate development and construction operations. Over the course of his career, he's directed more than $390 million in affordable housing investments across four states, helping create and preserve housing opportunities throughout our region.

Zach's commitment doesn't stop at work. He's deeply involved in public service and nonprofit leadership focused on housing and community development. He currently serves on the Kentucky Housing Policy Advisory Committee and the Mayor's Task Force on Homelessness, and as Vice President of the Board of Kentucky Habitat for Humanity with past leadership roles including the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Urban Growth Master Plan Advisory Committee and Board President of Access Ministries KY Inc.

We're grateful to have a leader so dedicated to the communities we serve.

We're thrilled to welcome Trace Mannewitz as our new Marketing Manager. Trace brings over nine years of marketing experience from agencies and startups across the country. Starting in San Francisco, then New York, and slowly making his way our direction ever since.

His approach is guided by one simple ideal: move with art and intent. For Trace, every step of the marketing process should be deliberate and always aim to be more than just another campaign. Now, he's putting that expertise to work helping people find a place to call home.

When he's not at work, you'll find Trace cooking up new recipes and spending time with his wife and his two German Shepherds. 🐾
