Some closings are straightforward... and then there are domino closings. 😊

Today we helped our seller close on two homes in the same day as part of a downsizing move. But the dominoes didn't stop there—the buyers of our seller's home also had to close on their home the very same day. Coordinating three transactions that all depend on each other takes constant communication, problem-solving, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes management. There are plenty of moving pieces, but that's exactly what we're here for.

Watching everything fall into place and handing over the keys made all the hard work worth it.
