Congrats to our newest "Rent-to-Own" success story!

Clara and Miguel approached us 3 years ago about purchasing a home. They needed time to build their credit and save for a downpayment, so we offered them a home we had, that fit their criteria, on a rent-to-own agreement. They were on a 3 year term where a chunk of their rent payments credited back to them on the purchase of the home as well as their initial down payment to us (the option fee). After the appraisal, they had $35,000 of instant equity in the home!

We are so happy for this couple! Congrats guys on your new home!
