🔑Today in real estate

☀️The day started with checking the hot sheet from the patio and soaking up some beautiful weather.
🚗Then it was off to Louisville with my husband for Statewide’s Chili Cook-Off 🌶️ Of course, no trip to Louisville is complete without a stop at Plehn’s Bakery!
🐄After that, we headed back toward Lexington for some evening rural showings with my out-of-state buyers. 🌾🏡
Ending the day the usual way: follow-ups, a warm cup of tea, and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow. ☕️✨
A little bit of work, a little bit of fun, and a whole lot of real estate in between! 🤎

💰 Under $200,000
🌲 The more land, trees & privacy, the better!
🏠 Okay with some cosmetic work. However, home must be livable and able to pass FHA financing.

Beautiful fall day in the Bluegrass. Which made it the perfect day to tour rural homes with my clients. We didn’t find the one, but we are getting closer to it! 🔑

The day started like it always does: with a warm cup of tea and checking the hot sheet like the morning news.
Headed out to meet my buyer client. We saw some wonderful homes, but didn’t find “the one”. So we continue our search!
Ended the day by stopping by the Cookie Jukebox for some sweet treats before heading back to the office to finish up the day with follow ups, and scheduling for the rest of the week.
