🔑Today in real estate

Started the morning on the patio, enjoying the garden with a warm cup of tea in hand while checking the hot sheet of new listings + price adjustments. Basically my version of reading the morning paper. 🗞️
Then it was off to drop some happy mail 💌 before heading to appointments for the day.

Lunch was good food, great conversation, and new clients. With my favorite lender at one of Winchester’s local gems, Full Belly. 🥪

I wrapped up the day by dropping off a keybox at what will soon be my newest listing. I had just met these clients a few days ago to go over their pre-listing to-do list, and they’ve already got their home photo-ready! 👏🏼

And because I happened to be driving right by The Cookie Jukebox… you KNOW I had to stop. 🍪🎶

Finally, back to the home office for follow-ups, scheduling, and getting everything lined up for another day of real estate’n.

🔑Today in real estate

Short but sweet day, trying to dodge the storms. ⛈️
Started the morning with warm tea in the home office, catching up on hot sheet checks, follow-ups, and cleaning up my files.
Then it was out the door to show some land to my newest out-of-state buyers. We made it through most of the tours before the skies opened up and the downpour forced us to call it a day. 😂
They had already fallen in love with the first property we toured, so I don’t think a little Kentucky rain mattered much. 🤍 They submitted their offer, and now we wait to hear back!
Ended the day exactly where it started with a warm cup of tea in the home office. ☕️

🔑Today in real estate

☀️Started the morning with my laptop on the patio. Sending follow-ups, contracts out for signatures, and, of course, a warm cup of tea.
🔋There weren't any homes to show today, but that doesn't mean real estate slowed down.
🪏I met with a landscaper to help get my out-of-state sellers' investment property looking its best before photos and hitting the market.
🌮Then I grabbed lunch with a new client, where we talked through their goals and what the home-buying process really looks like.
💌I wrapped up the day back in my home office with another cup of tea, organizing my schedule, writing snail mail, and getting everything ready for another day of real estate. Every day looks a little different, and that's one of my favorite parts of this career. 🏡

Another extra special closing. A cozy cabin sold for my sellers and repeat clients. It's always an honor when clients come back and trust me again with one of life's biggest decisions.
We had a smooth, seamless escrow from start to finish, and it was a pleasure working alongside Heather Isaacs with Lifstyl Real Estate to get this one across the finish line.
One of my favorite summer closing traditions? ☀️🍅 Everyone who closes with me this time of year heads home with a basket of fresh produce from our garden.
