Guess what people are starting to think about right now that makes me excited? Buying and selling houses again!

If you are or know someone who is wanting to sell soon, there's still not a lot on the market to choose from after a s.l.o.w. winter, so if a home is priced right and is in good condition, it should sell fairly quickly!

If you are or know someone who is wanting to buy soon, don't be scared of interest rates! They're definitely higher than in 2021/2022, but remember that interest rates change! If you buy now at current rates, and rates go up in the future, then you got a great rate! But if rates go down in the future (fingers crossed they will!), you can always refinance! The rule is that if you rent, you are always paying a 100% interest rate!
