A portion of North Main Street in Uptown Lexington is expected to reopen Friday, nearly four months after a fire destroyed Shoto Japanese Steakhouse and The Candy Factory.

The stretch between Center Street and First Street will reopen to vehicle and pedestrian traffic following final cleanup and a safety review.
