SMOKING CI******ES IS AKIN to long-term su***de. If you are a cigarette smoker, please stop - today. There is zero reason to continue, especially now that other options exist that do not lead to cancer, diminished middle age, and early death, like ci******es do. There is absolutely nothing “cool” about lung cancer.

Personal Note: Although both his parents lived to be 90, my dad died from smoking-related cancer just before his 75th birthday. He missed out on many happy family gatherings, and we missed him as well, so much! My natural kids were only 10 and 8 when he passed, so they only knew their grandfather briefly. My two adopted stepchildren, who came into my life about a year later, never got to meet him.🫥

If your own health is not enough reason to quit, please consider the lives of your loved ones, who will miss your loving presence once you are gone far too early. Thank you! 🙏🌹
