Cornbelt Electric is nearing completion of the electrical services at Century Oaks and the installation of Street lights.

Kindred Excavating & Concrete poured the basement floors after they completed the walls last week. Note the 12 inch firewall between the two duplex basements and the 8 inch thick exterior walls poured by Kindreds. These gents are pros!

Progress!! We are digging our first basement for a duplex being built by Kaeb Homes/Nelson Kaeb. Kindred Excavating is on site with Ryan Tolan as the operator digging the basement. Cornbelt Electric is also on site installing the electric lines and streetlights.

The first layer (2 inches) of pavement is complete. Now the top layer begins - 2 more inches.

We are almost ready for pavement! We have hauled in over 700 tons of road rock and compacted it since Monday morning. The final plat has been recorded with the county and we are nearly ready to begin selling lots!
