Meet Aaron. He's the project manager on site, and his job is making sure nothing gets covered up that shouldn't be. Because once the shingles go down, you can't see what's underneath anymore. Bad decking, nails in the wrong place, none of it. So he's checking while it's happening, when it's still fixable, not at the end when it's already buried. Then he walks the property before the crew leaves. Landscaping, gutters, cleanup, all of it.

This is the crew.
Not a sub crew you've never met. Not a different truck
every day. Same people, every job, and a project manager
on site the whole time.

we show up when we say we will, we do it right the first
time, and we clean up before we leave.

Start to finish on this one.
Full tear off, new decking where it needed it, and a
CertainTeed system installed the way the manufacturer
actually specifies. Not the shortcut version most
companies run.
Same crew the whole time. Project manager on site start
to finish. Cleaned up before we left.
50 year warranty on a standard shingle roof, which most
roofing companies around here can't offer because they're
not credentialed to.

Wrapped this one up in Lexington.
Full tear off, new decking where it needed it, and a
CertainTeed system installed the way the manufacturer
actually specifies. Which sounds like a small thing
until you find out most companies swap two of those
parts for a cheaper version and void the warranty
doing it.
That's why this roof carries fifty years and the one
down the street doesn't.
Standard dimensional shingle. Not an upgrade product.

This is the part you never see.
Once the shingles come off, everything shows. Soft
decking, old flashing that should've been replaced two
roofs ago, spots where water's been getting in for
years without ever making it to a ceiling.
We photograph all of it and show you before anything
goes back down. Because once the new roof is on, it's
covered up again for another twenty years.
