Super happy for my sellers on a mostly smooth transaction.🫣🤪 😂 We had one little hurdle during the inspection process but I did what I do best and used my network to get things done so that everyone could feel confident on both sides of the transaction and we could get to the finish line (closing table) on time. 💁🏼‍♀️
