Today, Geoffry Johnson took some of our Productivity Coaching agents out for hands on practice at Brenda Bowman Rue latest listing.

The agents got to do a mock showing with 3 sets of hypothetical buyers, walk through the Seller’s disclosure, film social media content, discuss how to determine age of systems such as HVAC, water heater, etc, and address safety considerations when showing homes/hosting open houses.

Our Productivity Coaching program serves as a mentorship program for agents looking to get into production. We help guide you step by step through the transaction process and nuances of being a real estate agent.
