We’ve been busy lately ✨ Here are some of our most recent closings - and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help serve our community through each investment, business, and transaction along the way!
1. Merchant Place: A +1.8-acre corner outlot at Merchant Place in Richmond has officially SOLD to Citizens National Bank, with Greg Leveridge representing the seller in the transaction. One remaining outparcel opportunity is still available within the development!
2. 115 Delmont Dr: SOLD! Alaina Stokes represented the Seller of this multifamily property in Lexington, KY. The four-plex sold for $113,500/unit. Alaina had the pleasure of working with Bryan Rodriguez of Keller Williams - Lexington who represented the Purchaser in the transaction!
3. 169 N Limestone: The historic Haggin Building at 169 N Limestone has officially changed hands, with Clay Angelucci representing the seller and Audrey Grace Hacker representing the purchaser in this exciting transaction handled entirely in-house by Block+Lot. Stay tuned - this beautifully restored Downtown Lexington property is set for an exciting new chapter, and there’s much more to come.
4. 125 Trade St, Suite H: LEASED! Peter Barr represented the Landlord in the Lease of 2,000 SF Class A flex space to The Retired Racehorse Project. The RRP exists to facilitate placement of Thoroughbred ex-racehorses in second careers by increasing demand for them in equestrian sports and serving the farms, trainers, and organizations that transition them. A great new addition to this property.
5. 249 E. Main Street: LEASED! Greg Leveridge & Lauren Cambron represented Bluegrass Land Conservancy in their search for a new office location Downtown. Bluegrass Land Conservancy is a non-profit that works to protect land in the beautiful Kentucky Bluegrass region through permanent conservation easements. They have been in business for over 30 years and seek to ensure a future where the Bluegrass region’s distinctive soils, cultural heritage, scenic vistas, natural resources and habitats, and farms are preserved
- forever!
