So you just got the “CLEAR TO CLOSE” from your lender…

And now you’re thinking…where’s my ALTA?”👀

We get it! You’re ready to send those final numbers to your client and get everyone ready for closing day. But here’s the thing: clear to close doesn’t mean the final ALTA is ready just yet.

The lender still has to send their final loan documents and numbers to our escrow team. Once we have everything, our team gets to work preparing the final closing figures. No final lender numbers = no final ALTA.

The good news? Once it hits our team, we’re on it! 👏 We work diligently to get those final numbers into your hands so you can get them to your clients and prepare for the big day.

Because clear to close is exciting… but closing day is the goal. Take a breath, Realtor friends. Your title team is working diligently to get you to the closing table!

Our Lexington crew brought out their best Dolly Parton spirit, and we’re here for it! From the outfits to the big personalities, it looks like we’ve got some serious Dolly fans in the building.

What a way to close out golf scramble season here in Lexington!

We were proud to be the title sponsor for yesterday’s Mortgage Bankers Association of the Bluegrass golf scramble and to support an organization committed to financial advocacy and education. Our own Maggie Cohen Lewis is proud to serve on the board, making this partnership especially meaningful to our team!

Our team came in second, and Mitch Florence took home a sweet prize for Closest to the Pin!

It was a hot one, but we loved seeing your faces, catching up, sharing a few cheers and plenty of smiles. Thanks for a great day and a great way to wrap up scramble season! ⛳️
