Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!

I personally woke up this morning to both dogs getting sick all over the laundry room, so if your day started with breakfast in bed and flowers instead of clorox wipes and paper towels…just know you’re winning. 😂

Motherhood may not always be glamorous, quiet, or smell very good, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m so thankful for these amazing humans who call me mom and make every chaotic, exhausting, hilarious moment worth it.

Here’s to the moms doing it all today:
The snack makers, chauffeurs, therapists, homework helpers, schedule jugglers, and professional finders of lost water bottles.

Hope your coffee is strong, your kids are nice to you today, and your pets keep their stomach contents to themselves for the next 24 hours. Happy Mother’s Day! 💕

Nothing says REALTOR® life quite like spending half your paycheck on gas and iced coffee, while trying to help clients find the perfect home.

But honestly? Every mile is worth it when I get to hand over keys, celebrate big milestones, and help people find a place that truly feels like home.

One of my favorite parts of this business is the people you meet along the way. 🤍

I met this client through selling her home, and somewhere between showings, strategy, and a few happy hours, we became real friends. The kind you don’t expect but are so grateful for.

And then, honestly, the audacity… they moved to North Carolina (we’ll let her husband take the blame for that one since it was a job relocation).

With the right listing strategy, we were able to get her home under contract and on their way to their next chapter, exactly how you hope every story goes.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead for them, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little sad to see her go.

Grateful for clients who become friends and friendships that do not end at the closing table. We will definitely be keeping in touch. 💛

RATS is partnering with HomeLink Health to host a fundraising event on Cinco de Mayo! Fiesta for Fares is a casual and festive Mexican dinner on Tuesday, May 5th, with a cash bar, live music, and raffles. Please come out to support their joint effort to raise funds to pay for medical transportation for those in our community who can not afford it. 100% of the money raised will be used for that purpose. SOLD 🎉

There were some serious negotiations back and forth to get this one to the closing table, but we did it!

This one was extra special because my buyers are getting to move just a few doors down from their kids and grandbaby, proof that sometimes home is about so much more than just the house itself.

In this business who you work with matters! Having a hardworking, trusted agent on the other side of the transaction can truly make all the difference. Sometimes advocating for your client also means working well with the other agent and that teamwork and expertise is what gets deals across the finish line.

Being an agent that other agents want to work with is huge in this business! This is the second deal in a row I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kara, and it’s proof that teamwork really does make the dream work.
