“Can I qualify for a mortgage if I’m self employed?”

Obtaining a mortgage when you’re self employed comes with challenges but is still possible!

You have to prove your income, you will most likely be asked to provide the following:

✨at least 2 years of tax returns
✨year to date profit and loss statement
✨Letter from your account saying you’re still in business
✨bank statements
