An absolute bombshell from HUD. Going forward, only Service Animals will be required as accommodations based on disability, not ESA's.
Now, don't get too excited, as KRS 383.085 still requires accommodation for ESA's in Kentucky, but this new guidance is a much-needed step back towards sanity in this arena
