Come tour 320 Concord Ave with me — a new construction home in Lexington listed at $3.495 million.

With nearly 5,900 square feet, 5 bedrooms and 5½ baths, there’s plenty of space — but what really caught my eye is this wall of glass overlooking conservation land.

The open main level is bright and spacious, the primary suite has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, and downstairs there’s plenty of flexible living space.

What I like: the conservation views, natural light and custom details.

Things I’d consider: Concord Ave is a more traveled road, so location will come down to personal preference. At this price point, I’d also compare the lot, setting and finishes with other luxury new construction in Lexington.

But having conservation land directly behind you gives you a beautiful natural backdrop and added privacy — something you don’t always find with new construction.

🏡 Touring 4 Aerial Street in Lexington — from a buyer’s perspective.

A few things I liked here:

✨ Spacious kitchen and family room
✨ First-floor bedroom with a full bath
✨ Backyard setting abutting Sutherland Woods

A few things to consider:
🤔 Smaller lot for this price point
🤔 Four bedrooms, when some buyers in this range may be looking for five
🤔 Longer time on the market and multiple price adjustments — something worth understanding when evaluating value and negotiating strategy

There’s no perfect house — it’s about finding the right house for you.
