New personal record as a realtor! Sold in less than 2 weeks, went under contract September 19th & closed on October 2nd. We were on the market for a week, with lots of traffic. Then we got a cash offer that was 97.5% of the list price. Patience paid off & all sides were very happy! This was a repeat client who I helped originally buy the house in 2016 from HUD. He is now out of state & trusted me throughout the process. I kept an eye on the house for him & even made special trips over there to fix things based off our feedback. New listing is now under contract!! It comes back full circle, where I helped this client buy this home from HUD back in 2016. So now after a week of being on the market, we got a great cash offer accepted. That means an early closing!
