Meet Brian, the newest member of our Axis at 1435 maintenance team! He’s here to keep things running smoothly and bring some fun energy to the community. Let’s get to know him!

🎄 It’s almost Christmas Eve, and Buddy is making sure everything is ready! 🎄
He stopped by The Axis at 1435 one last time to double-check his Nice List and pick up some snacks for the reindeer (and himself, of course 😉). 🦌🍪

Buddy says, “I’m a cotton-headed n***y muggins without my snacks!” So we made sure he’s stocked up and ready for Santa’s big night. 🎁✨

Our office will be closed on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th) and Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) so our team can spend time with loved ones. ❤️🎁

But don’t worry! Our emergency maintenance team is always on call, providing the peace of mind you deserve during the holiday season. 🛠️✨

Buddy the Elf decided to help out in the office today… by answering calls and hopping on the computer! Let’s just say his customer service approach is as unique as his favorite meal: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup. 🍬🍭

Our team is doing their best to keep Buddy on task while spreading holiday cheer, but as you can see, it’s a full-time job! 🙃

We’re not sure standing on a chair was part of his “approved” decorating technique, but hey, it’s all about the holiday spirit, right? 😂🎄

Buddy the Elf stopped by the leasing office today to learn all about The Axis at 1435, and let’s just say, he’s VERY excited about what we have to offer! 🎉

After asking, “What kind of units do you have?” Buddy was thrilled to hear about our renovated studios and one-bedroom apartments. With flat-rate utilities and a location close to UK, it’s no wonder Buddy felt like he had found his North Pole home! 🏡❄️

Buddy says, “You sit on a throne of amenities!” 🛠️ We couldn’t agree more, with features like:
