Liberal Housing Authority is requesting quotes to repair and renovate 2 apartments that were damaged by fire. You must contact the main office to get the scope of work for each apartment. All quotes must abide by the Davis Bacon Labor Relations Act. Wages required to be paid will be provided when picking up the scope of work. Please stop by the office at 1401 N New York Ave, Liberal, KS 67901 or Call 620-624-5501.

The Scope of work must be picked up by December 13 and bid returned by December 20

The address of the two apartments are 1425 N New York Apartment C-3 and D-5.
