Two special events. Two incredible causes. One very full heart. ❤️

Designer Purse Bingo supporting the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center was such a fun and meaningful evening! Watching members of law enforcement from across our communities model purses, dance, and raise money for children and families was an absolute joy. Thank you, SouthStar Bank, for inviting me to be part of it!

I’m also grateful to Corridor Title for inviting me to the Central Texas Community Foundation’s Legacy Luncheon, a beautiful afternoon spent recognizing and celebrating the people and organizations doing so much good in our world.

It was a wonderful week and such a meaningful reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together. ❤️

I’m excited to officially share that I’ve joined CB&A, Realtors and their Austin office!

When I thought about the next step for my business, I kept coming back to how I want to show up for the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.

I want to be your Best Friend in Real Estate. That means giving you the kind of honesty a best friend would give you, even when it’s not necessarily what you hoped to hear. It means pairing that honesty with professional real estate strategy, strong representation, and the knowledge to help you make smart, informed decisions. And because real estate is local, it also means being a resource for everything from neighborhoods and market trends to the places and people that make our community feel like home.

This move gives me the support, resources, and environment to lean even further into that vision while still running my business in a way that feels very much like me.

**JUST SOLD!**

This one took some patience, persistence, and quite a few showings to get here, but we made it to the closing table!

We saw some beautiful homes along the way, and we saw some not-so-beautiful homes. 😂 There were a few that came close, a few that were an immediate "no," and plenty that helped us narrow down what really mattered. Eventually, we found the one.

Home buying doesn't always happen on a perfect timeline. Sometimes you have to keep looking, be willing to walk away when something isn't right, and wait for the home that makes sense.

And just like that, my clients are officially back to being true Austinites.

One of the best parts of real estate is getting to help people find the place that fits the next chapter of their lives. Sometimes that means a first home, sometimes a fresh start, and sometimes it means finding your way back to a city that already feels like home.

This one was especially fun to be part of, and I’m grateful I got to help them get it across the finish line.

🏡 Under Contract!

Some home searches happen quickly. Others take a little more patience.

This one was definitely the latter.

We toured homes that checked almost every box, homes that missed the mark completely, and even a few that made us wonder who thought that was a good idea. 😄

Through it all, we stayed focused, adjusted when we needed to, and waited for the right opportunity. In the end, patience paid off.

I’m so happy for my clients as they step into this exciting next chapter.

Their home search was all about finding the right fit. We looked at several properties, and a few seemed like they could be strong contenders, but this one felt different from the moment they walked in. It had that hard-to-explain feeling where everything starts to click.

Funny enough, they asked to see this home last minute right before I was leaving for a family vacation. I’m so glad we were able to make that showing happen because it ended up being the one.

And I have to say, one of my favorite parts of this story is knowing their kids are about to find out they have a pool. I cannot wait to hear how surprised they are.

Helping my clients feel supported and prioritized is one of the things I love most about real estate. Sometimes that means strategy, negotiations, and paperwork. Sometimes it means squeezing in one more showing because your gut says it might be worth it.

This one was definitely worth it.

One of the best compliments in this business is when people who know me outside of real estate choose to trust me with it.

I’m so grateful my friends trusted me to help lease their rental home and find the right tenants. Even better, we were able to get it leased in only nine days.

I love that with this one I get to help a former coworker who has become a friend over the years.

There is something so rewarding about helping people find the right place for their next chapter, especially when you already know their story, their personality, and what matters to them. This home checked so many boxes, from the location and character to the flexibility it offers for the future.

Helping people is the part of real estate I love most. The contracts and negotiations matter, of course, but getting to help someone find a place that genuinely feels right is what makes this work so special.

One of the things I love most about real estate is getting to help people through such meaningful life transitions.

It’s not just about bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage. It’s about helping people find the place where their next chapter begins. And this one feels extra special.

We looked at multiple properties along the way. A few checked a lot of boxes, and a couple even seemed like they *might* be the one. But sometimes, real estate has a funny little way of making you pause and say, “Wait… this one feels different.”

That’s exactly what happened here.

There was something about this home that just felt right for my clients. The space, the setting, the feeling when they walked through it, it all came together in a way that made this one stand out.
