Under contract in Round Rock!

This one is extra special because my buyer is purchasing her first home.

We moved quickly, but we moved quickly because she was prepared. She knew what mattered most, understood her options, and when this home checked the right boxes, she felt confident taking the next step.

That’s one of the biggest things I want buyers to know: buying a home does not have to feel like panic and pressure. With the right preparation, it can feel clear, thoughtful, and manageable.

Now we’re heading into inspections, lender timelines, appraisal, and all the important contract steps that happen between “offer accepted” and “closing day.”

Spent part of today at Perry Homes' From Dirt to Deals event and it was such a great experience.

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the homebuilding process from the ground up and walked through everything from dirt to closing table. I always enjoy opportunities like this because learning more means serving clients better.

One of my favorite parts was meeting some really great new people. Real estate is one of those industries where relationships matter, and I always appreciate connecting with others who genuinely enjoy what they do.

Also... Perry definitely understood the assignment today with an amazing lunch and brunch spread.

And to top it all off, I somehow walked away with a very generous Amazon gift card at the end. I think I used up all my luck for the week. 😅

Grateful for opportunities to learn, connect, make new friends, and continue growing so I can better guide clients through every path to homeownership.

Fourteen years ago, we bought our home with a Realtor who told us she’d be our “lifetime Realtor.”

At the time, I thought it was just a nice thing to say.

Turns out, she meant it.

Years later, after countless check-ins, homeowner questions, referrals, and little surprises left on our doorstep, she became the person who helped guide me into real estate myself.

Now I get to work alongside her and this incredible group of women every day.

Funny how life works sometimes.

Really grateful for the relationships that continue long after the transaction is over.

Had the chance to attend the ribbon cutting for PopStroke ahead of its grand opening tomorrow, and what an exciting addition to our community.

We heard from the Pop Stroke founder, our Mayor, and the Chamber President about the vision for this space and what it means for Cedar Park. Then I got to walk the course and explore the entire property firsthand.

It is an absolutely beautiful facility, thoughtfully done from top to bottom, and you can tell it is going to be a place where families, friends, and neighbors make a lot of great memories.

One of my favorite parts of events like this is also getting to connect with great people, catch up, network, and enjoy some good conversation along the way. Community is built in moments like that.

I already know I’ll be bringing my family back soon to play, relax, and enjoy it all.
