UNDER CONTRACT!

There are some posts agents never get tired of making, and Under Contract is definitely one of them.

This sweet home hit the market on Saturday, had a private showing on Sunday, received an offer Sunday evening, and was officially under contract by Monday afternoon!

I could not be happier for my sellers — not only are they wonderful clients, but they are family, and I love them dearly. It is such a joy and honor to help people I care about walk through such an important season.
