What a whirlwind it’s been.

10 incredible years. This home has been our safe place. One that saw our twins grow from tiny tots into adventurous teens, and it holds countless memories of laughter, love, living room dance parties and more than a few late night swim parties. 🥹

The magic of the isn’t just within the walls of our home—it’s the neighborhood too. We’ve been blessed with the most wonderful neighbors, some of whole who have become dear friends. From block parties to impromptu movie nights in the court, our community is truly something special.

When it was time to move on, we knew our home would be a treasure for another family. With yours truly as the agent 🙋‍♀️and a winning strategy, we were able to be on market within a week. THEN in just 3 days, we were overwhelmed with multiple offers that soared above asking! THEN closed in 14 days!
(Making it possible for us to secure our next home in beautiful Washington!!)

To the new owners, may your days here be filled with as much joy as ours were. The is ready for its next chapter, and we’re so grateful for every moment it gave us. Here’s to new beginnings, unforgettable memories, and the magic of finding a unicorn buyer for a unicorn home. 🏡❤️

21 years ago we started dating.
19 years ago we got engaged.
17 years ago we got married.
16 years ago we became parents.
…and today, I still get butterflies when we go to lunch together.
