Some real estate transactions are a little more special than others, and this one definitely falls into that category.

What started as a professional relationship turned into a genuine friendship, and Iā€™m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to get to know these clients on a much more personal level throughout our time together.

While Iā€™m certainly sad to see them move out of the area, Iā€™m also excited for them as they begin this next chapter and new journey. Iā€™m thankful for the memories, the conversations, and most of all, the friendship that came from helping them through this process.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 4,000 square feet, this home had so much to offerā€”from the beautiful kitchen and pass-through fireplace to the private deck overlooking the surrounding trees and forest-like views. The basement was built for entertaining with a pool table, bar, and theater room, and the huge 6-car garage was an incredible bonus. All tucked away on a cul-de-sac in a gated community.

They took such great care of it, hand planted every beautiful tree and plant, and I enjoyed listening to all the memories they told me about their family growing up there.
