I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington where my incredible husband Keith and I have been blessed to raise our two, full of life, teenage kids. When I am not at work you can find me at one of our kids sporting events. Our daughter Jazlyn Michaella is actively involved with club and school Volleyball and our son Kyelan Angelo plays year round basketball. As a family we are also very passionate about the Seahawks and have made going to a Seahawks game a family trip tradition. I have been fortunate to grow up in and work for our family business in the construction industry which launched my desire into real estate. I continued my passion in real estate as a transaction manager where I was trained and inspired working with a top producing agent and was introduced to a large variety of transactions with home buyers and sellers, investors and commercial transactions. I love being able to work with my clients to help them from the first phone call to close in every aspect of their buying or selling experience with consistent communication and strong attention to detail to help my clients understand the complexities that can arise by answering each of their questions along the journey and using my experience to stay proactive through the process to address potential challenges before they arise. These amazing Sellers were able to purchase land a few years back while they were waiting for the right time to build. With the plans drawn up it was finally time to put their first home on the market. With their meticulous care for the home, our listing prep & a great listing launch we received 3 great offers the first weekend on the market and had the joy of closing with the top notch Libey Homes Team! We are so thankful to the buyers for giving the extended closing time needed to prepare for the next adventures! If anyone knows this person - my girls were robbed at gunpoint at 5:40 this morning at our Sprague Crush -This was in the Spokane Valley near Greenacres and he fled on foot down Sprague. My mom heart is not okay as all of these girls are like our daugters. Thank you for any help if you do have cameras nearby (hopeful he took his mask off later down the road to catch a better picture ).

Tia you couldn’t be more beautiful- Andy your love and care for this woman fills the room. So thankful to have such an extraordinary group of friends. The way you guys show up is unmatched, So many emotions today and maybe a couple of ear blocks when the two non stylist (Andy and I ) went in to help. Our prayers are heavy in this season but I know God’s got this.

It’s my beautiful daughter’s 23rd birthday today!! She was the perfect baby, easiest toddler (I could take her anywhere) who has grown into the more mature half of our relationship 😂 & my best friend to this day (the amount of times she smirks at me and says “who’s the mom here”). I am so blessed to have a business with my daughter to keep her nearby 🥰 Jaz you are truly one of the most amazing humans I know- you call me out when I need to be better, pray for me and our business when I forget that’s our best first step to hard or great days! You wake up with positive energy & a smile on your face ready to make the world a better place. God knew what he was doing when he blessed us with you! Not the birthday post I expected but dang I have the best crew of people in my life! One of our stands exploded water everywhere - sent a sos no impromptu, happy hour happening today... I’m going to be doing a full Stand tear out tonight instead and all of these amazing humans showed up to tear out equipment, floors and even supplied drinks & dinner - blessed to have the most amazing family, friends & baristas anyone could ask for ❤️ shout out to .plumbing509 for showing up after hours and jumping in for miracle work at the last minute! Blessed 🥰
