Some days in real estate are calm… and some days look like THIS 😅

Today was a little bit of everything. Training my amazing mentee, checking in and helping a few others, showing homes, running to my daughter’s dance class, and the list goes on. So it is only fitting that we are wrapping up the night with storms and listening to the tornado sirens in my basement🌪️

BUT through all the chaos… we got this super cute home officially under contract!!!!

🚨 Selling your KC home yourself? This applies whether you’re in Missouri or Kansas and most FSBO sellers don’t know it exists.
Both states require sellers to disclose material defects with or without an agent. In Kansas, hiding a known defect can be treated as fraud in court. In Missouri, you can be sued after closing. Federal lead paint law applies to both. No exceptions.
