Are you tired of grey yet? If you are I’ve got good news. Colors are coming back in style.

Neutral colors are great for selling a home becuase it gives the new homeowner a blank canvas to work with.

Let’s be real, home prices have skyrocketed and interest rates are at a 23 year high. Should you buy now or wait for prices and interest rates to drop? 
 
The answer is different for everyone. 
 
The reality is that rates will eventually come down, prices however, will not. In fact, it’s likely that prices will only increase as the rates come down. 
 
When rates drop, more buyers enter the market. The more buyers looking to buy increases the competition to be the best buyer driving prices even higher.  
 
Things to keep in mind as you consider your options and which path to take: 
 
refinancing is always an option. As rates come down you can refinance your home into a lower rate effectively lowering your payment.  
If rates continue on their upward trajectory, buying now locks you into a lower rate. 
Buying now starts building your home’s equity. Making it easier to access these funds for future events (ie college tuition, home upgrades etc). 
Bottom line: some people are too scared to buy right now and that’s ok. Maybe buying now isn’t the right time for you, but maybe it is.
