We welcome Mike, Abigail and kiddos to our community up on the ridge. Looking forward to Stacy and Dave and Jerry up here fulltime..
me and Carolyn met the family who just bought lot 13..hope they stay..seemed very nice. More kiddos..:)

This is a catastrophe in the making and it's safe to say this could have been eliminated by not doing certain things. And before you say anything Karen.. I'm sorry ...we do not want to hear about how much time y'all put in and money y'all spent and how the rest of us are just uncivilized moochers and so forth. So please keep your negativity and opinions about us to yourself..trust me you have done and said enough and the constant complaints is getting old. So to the rest of us..what do we plan to do about our ditch line?? Any suggestions or times we can get together and remedy this problem before it gets worse..and hotter outside lol

I would like opinions please on solutions to fix these several issues that I spotted earlier. I am not sure if maybe we can come together and spend maybe a few hours redirecting the flow of water so that it doesn't become a major issue with spring bringing more rain than we have had in a while. But it is my opinion this is only going to get worse not better. Thanks for any input and advice.
