Liberty Manor Apartments located in Liberty, KY is currently accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedrooms. Rent is based on income and must be 2-4 people in household to qualify for a 2 bedroom, and 3-6 people in household to qualify for a 3 bedroom. All household members must have birth certificates and social security cards. Everyone 18 + must also have photo identification. Currently accepting applications!!!! There is a wait list for 1 bedroom right now. Have a few 2 and 3 bedroom that will be available soon. This is government housing and rent is based on income. I have no idea how much an apartment will be until complete a full application. A 1 person household does not qualify for a 2 or 3 bedroom, a married couple do not qualify for a 2 or 3 bedroom (unless have required medical equipment) Pickup application anytime at rental office, there is a box with applications hanging outside, fill out and return to drop off box. Remember must have photo Id for everyone 18 and older and all household members must have a social security card and birth certificate. Must be able to pass background and criminal screenings, and if owe any outstanding utilities (gas, water, electric), those must be paid. Liberty Manor has some 2-3 bedrooms available!!! Get those applications beside the rental office and return!! Must have photo ID on age 18 and older and social security cards and birth certificates on everyone in the household

Rental applications are located at the Rental Office. (Beside the mail boxes) please fill out and return to the drop box. Please fill out the application, and provide 2 phone numbers, and an email if possible. To be scheduled for an appointment, you must have photo ID on all household members age 18 and older, and all household members must have birth certificates and social security cards.
