We are a 24-Unit Apartment Complex based in Liberty, TX.

The Position: We’re looking for an On-Site Apartment Manager. The manager must be available from 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. However, the amount of time actually required will vary from week-to-week based on tenant need. The salary offered is considered a supplemental salary.

Requirements:

High School Degree or Equivalent
Managerial experience preferred
3 Professional References
Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day operations at the complex; fielding questions/concerns from tenants; communicating regularly with the Property Manager; assisting with the application process for new tenants; site-managing and relating any needs for current remodeling; other job duties necessary to the role
