Here are the latest housing market statistics for 64068!
Notice the trend in this week's report- prices up slightly, supply-active listings on the market down, days on market decreasing. I attribute this to a drop in interest rates last week coupled with the typical pickup of activity in the spring market. I'm happy to help you navigate this market.
